Our Story
2015
Before Soccer Band-Its was created as a business, in 2015 Scott and Chris Knox felt the need to help The Robbie Levine Forever 9 Foundation raise money to donate AEDs (automated external defibrillator) to youth soccer and baseball clubs. We decided to print the Robbie Levine logo onto silicone bands that would keep youth soccer players cleats tied and also spread awareness. We thought it was a pretty good idea. Turned out that a lot of other people did too! We sold over 1,000 pairs and donated over $5,000 – all thanks to supporters like you.
2016
As a Retired Navy Veteran himself, Scott Knox decided to replicate this fundraiser for The Wounded Warrior Project. Pink “Kick It” Lace Keepers and Guard Stays were also created in honor of Carolee Knox who passed away from Breast Cancer in 2015. We found what was most fulfilling for us was the response we received from parents who shared an interest in social responsibility and their youth sports players who proudly wore our products at there sporting events.
2017
Soccer Band-Its LLC was founded after expanding our customizable products to Youth Soccer Clubs at wholesale prices. Expenses for soccer clubs can add up quickly – leaving little room for better equipment or uniforms. With our low cost wholesale custom guard stays and lace keepers we offer soccer clubs a unique option of boosting your club’s persona while also leaving room to create your own fundraising opportunities!
2022
Fast-forward to-date Soccer Band-Its LLC has donated over $50,000 to various local and national charities and partnered with dozens of youth soccer clubs. With no minimum order quantity on our custom guard stays, we now offer players, teams and clubs of all sizes the personalized look of your logo, name and or jersey number printed on your favorite color guard stays!
